Our Services
Industrial Dust Suppression, Extraction, Collection and Control Applications
Dust created by the movement or processing of materials in a facility can cause significant environmental issues for workers and surrounding communities. Additionally, material lost to dust creation, negatively impacts operational productivity and costs. Our Dust Control Systems are the solution to resolve fugitive dust challenges in industries and applications such as Mine sites, Quarry Conveyor Transfer Points, Rail & Ship Loading/Unloading, Truck Dump Hoppers, Crushers & Screens, Slag Piles and many more.
Industrial Fume Extraction and Ventilation Systems
Fume emission during application is a factor that all industries need to recognize when considering the health of their employees, production times and the longevity of their equipment. The ideal extraction system meets the following criteria: it safely processes or conveys the hazard away; it should be as quiet as possible and it must be inexpensive to operate. Our fume extraction professionals will perform some very technical mathematics to ensure that the ducts, filters and compressors in industrial fume extraction systems, will perform with the required air volumes and pressures to fulfill all of these criteria.

Infinity Aluminum Airline
Systems Supply and Installation
Why Infinity Pipe Systems?
Infinity Pipe Systems are a high performance aluminum piping system that is easy to install and simple to extend or modify.
The non–corrosive extruded aluminum provides structural strength and delivers contaminate-free fluid in a leak free piping system. The smooth bore of Infinity piping prevents high pressure losses and allows for higher flow rates. Consequently, this accounts for a higher performance than that of any other system. No fluid leakage ensures minimum running costs.
The standard products used in the industry for years have been galvanized steel and plastic piping systems. However most noteworthy these systems may be costing you a lot more than you realise. Galvanized pipe corrodes on the inside where it can’t be seen, therefore reducing flow and increasing pressure drop. On the other hand, plastic, if not bracketed correctly will sag and bow, creating potential condensate collection points.
Infinity Pipe Systems offers the first all metal piping system, specifically designed with energy savings in mind. It’s extremely smooth corrosion-free pipe, complimented with easy install fittings and our patented zero condensate tee. All together it keeps the fluid flow laminar; therefore reducing turbulence, minimizing pressure drop, and removing condensation.
The high-quality standard set by the Infinity Pipe Systems also means that it is ideal for air, vacuum and nitrogen. Pipe is available in a selection of colours to meet the required regulations.

Industrial Ventilation
Industrial ventilation is the art of introducing fresh air and eliminating contaminants in industrial settings. As the environment and technology evolve spaces, ventilation systems evolve to meet the demands of these spaces and ever-changing modern life.
We can design ventilation systems, tailored to your specifications.
Fabrication
With our fully equipped metal workshop, we have the capabilities and experience to custom fabricate to your requirements. Having complete control of the fabrication process ensures a project and supply that is seamless and on-time.

Fume Extraction
Fumes create a safety hazard in the work place, especially with welding equipment which produce heavy fumes. We offer ventilation systems suitable from smaller workshops to large industrial buildings, that help minimize this hazard by facilitating essential fume extraction and producing ventilation for the safety of workers, staff and visitors.
Installation
From workshop drawings, fabrication to installation, MXF Services have a team of trade professionals who will see your installation through from start to finish. We offer servicing, maintaining, auditing and the supply of spare parts for your systems.
DustTamer fabric is specifically designed to exert a drag force on oncoming wind velocity and reduce wind speeds up to 75% within the sheltered area. By Controlling wind speeds, it is possible to control levels of particulate matter in the air.
This is achieved by DustTamer's unique porosity which allows air to pass through and equalize the differential pressure inside the wind sheltered area. When the wind velocity is lowered below the particulate uptake point, over the stored materials threshold, the particulate is unable to be taken airborne. This method differs from solid structures which have the potential to worsen the problem. Although a solid wall can help to enclose the area, it creates a lower pressure zone at the dust source, which increases wind velocities and airborne particulate.

The use of Dry Fog for dust suppression is based on the concept of agglomeration. Dry Fog technology uses compressed air and plain water to create micron sized droplets. When like-sized droplets and dust particles collide, agglomeration occurs which results in larger particles that fall back into the process by gravity because they are too heavy to remain suspended in the air.
To achieve agglomeration at the dust source, equal amounts of like sized particles of water droplets and dust particles must exist and they must be contained in an enclosed area.
At the treatment point, fog droplets are used to blanket the dust source and prevent the dust particles from becoming airborne.
